He has an incredible opportunity to lead Findlay Fire in a manner that best utilizes the talents of the firefighters we have on staff. I am thankful for his dedication and willingness to accept this leadership role and look forward to great things from him as Chief.”
`Service-Safety Director Paul Schmelzer stated, “I appreciate the effort that Battalion Chief Matt Traver put forth as interim Chief. I am sure Captain Eberle is up to the task of being a fine leader for the Findlay Fire Department. I know that the administration and Fire Department staff are looking forward to working on multiple initiatives that the citizens of Findlay will be sure to appreciate.”
