Brief Description:

Findlay Police and the Findlay Fire Department responded to the report of a submerged vehicle at Owens Community College.  Upon arrival a vehicle was located submerged in the pond, just northeast of the college.  The vehicle, a Ford Contour, was removed from the pond by the Findlay Fire Department and Mac and Bob’s Towing. The vehicle appears to have been submerged in the pond for some length of time.  It appears at this time that it was accidentally driven into the water.  When this occurred is unknown.  An employee of the college noticed a portion of the car in the water today and notified the Owens Police Department.
