The City of Findlay Recreation Department strives to provide affordable, quality programs meeting the needs of the community. We are committed to providing quality recreational services, which are educational, fun and rewarding. The Recreation Department promotes participation by all Findlay citizens in diverse, interesting and high quality recreation and leisure opportunities in safe, accessible and well-maintained Park and Recreation facilities.
PUBLIC SKATE SCHEDULE – The ice will be back for public sessions on May 1, 2017.
Group ice skating lessons will begin May 1 and are available on Monday’s and Friday’s from 6-6:50 pm. We offer quality instruction on many comprehensive skill levels from beginner to advanced. Professional instructors will conduct classes in a positive atmosphere, making learning to skate a fun experience for recreational, hockey and figure skaters of all ages – 5 through adult.

SIGN UP FOR THE CITY OF FINDLAY YOUTH LACROSSE LEAGUE BY APRIL 10. The in-house lacrosse league will begin practices on April 18 and meet every Tuesday & Thursday evenings through June 1 at Emory Adams Park – across foot-bridge. The league is for boys & girls ages 4-18. The US Lacrosse Athlete Development Model (LADM) will be used to teach the right lacrosse at the right time.
