The City of Findlay Recreation Department strives to provide affordable, quality programs meeting the needs of the community. We are committed to providing quality recreational services, which are educational, fun and rewarding. The Recreation Department promotes participation by all Findlay citizens in diverse, interesting and high quality recreation and leisure opportunities in safe, accessible and well-maintained Park and Recreation facilities.

PUBLIC SKATE SCHEDULE

We offer quality instruction on many comprehensive skill levels from beginner to advanced.  Professional instructors will conduct classes in a positive atmosphere, making learning to skate a fun experience for recreational, hockey and figure skaters of all ages – 5 through adult.  Lessons will be available beginning September 9, 2017.  Call 419-424-7176 for more information.

FREESTYLE SESSIONS – Advanced freestyle skating which includes stroking, jumping, and spinning.

FAMILY STICK & PUCK – for parents and children 14 years and younger.  Helmets are required and full hockey equipment is recommended.

ADULT DROP-IN HOCKEY

Adult Drop-In hockey from 12:00-1:30pm daily will resume on Monday, September 11, 2017.

FINDLAY LACROSSE – Fall Clinics

Join the fastest growing sport in the Nation! www.lacrosse​.com.   The City of Findlay Recreation​ Department is offering fall lacrosse clinics on Monday nights – Sept. 11, 18, 25 & Oct. 2 from 6-7:30pm at Emory Adams park.  No experience through experienced players welcome.  Youth – both boys and girls – will be divided by gender, age, and level of play.  Clinics will focus on throwing, catching, scooping, cradling, positioning, faceoffs, and small-sided games.  Clinics are free. Register and pay $35 to get a stick & ball to keep.  Call 419-424-7176 to register by Sept. 8.  Interested coaches should also call 419-424-7176.

PICKLE BALL COURTS
