Findlay Water & Wastewater Utility Billing OfficeThe Utility Billing Office provides meter reading, billing, collection, and customer service for approximately 18,000 water and wastewater utility accounts.

Residential customers are billed on a bi-monthly basis while Commercial and Industrial customers are billed on a monthly basis. Utility bills are due within twelve days from the date they are mailed. Bills not paid in full in the office by the due date will be charged a 5% late fee.

 Apply for Service

Existing Service

Application for service for an existing service shall be made at the Utility Billing Office.  A Utility Service Application must be completed. A driver’s license or other photo ID is required.

A $100 deposit is required for water service. A $100 deposit is required for sewer service.

New Construction

New construction and water/sewer permits can be obtained at the Engineering Department in the Municipal Building by the land owner or his duly authorized agent. A New Construction Form must be completed in order to obtain a permit.

Paying your Bill

You may pay your utility bill using our free automated Autopay service that ensures your bill will never be paid late. Utility Bills may also be paid online, via phone, in person or via mail.
