Area Farmers’ Market

Hancock County Farmers’ Market – Thursday, 4 – 6:30 p.m.
Arlington Farmers’ Market – Friday, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Bluffton Farmers’ Market – Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – Noon

Three opportunities to get your local food fix for the weekend!  Enjoy the Hancock County Farmers’ Market at Marathon Center for the Performing Arts for the rest of the season on Thursday evenings, the Arlington Farmers’ Market in the parking lot of Arlington Cape on Friday evenings, and the Bluffton Farmers’ Market in the parking lot of Citizens National Bank on Saturday mornings to pick up local fruit and vegetables, fresh cut flowers and potted plants, handmade goods, baked treats, and more!  VisitFindlay.com

Open Bounce and Field Play

Flashover Indoor Sports and Fun Center
Friday, 4 – 8 p.m.
Saturday-Monday, 2 – 6 p.m.

Bounce on over to Flashover and enjoy time in the bounce house, 8-in-1 activity house, and a 12 foot slide or take part in open field play, a time when the field is open and can be used by anyone for whatever they want to do!  All activities & equipment must be approved by the Flashover Management Staff.  Check Facebook for schedule changes!  Facebook.com

Drop and Date

Awakening Minds Art
Friday, 6 – 8 p.m.

Drop the kids off and enjoy date night in Downtown Findlay!  Every Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. participants will enjoy a variety of arts and crafts in a fun, social environment. This class encourages socialization and independence while fostering self-esteem and creativity.  Cost is $10, this event is designed for children ages 4 – 14, walk-in’s only, no reservations.  Facebook.com

Celebrate the first weekend of Open Skate of the season!  The Back to School public skate will kick off the weekend on Friday from 7 – 9 p.m. and continues on Saturday and Sunday. Ultimate Dogpawlooza

Riverbend Park
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

This family and pet-friendly event will kick off at 8:30 a.m. with an organized dog walk through Riverbend Park.  The Ultimate Air Dog check-in and practice begins at 10:00 am and the first “Splash” begins at 11:00 a.m. and will continue all day.  See how your dog can get involved at UltimateAirDogs.org.  There will also be vendors, food, raffles, and more!  Facebook.com

Train Rides at NWORRP

Northwest Ohio Railroad Preservation, Inc.
Saturday & Sunday, 1 – 4 p.m.

Choo Choo!  All Aboard at the Northwest Ohio Railroad Preservation!  Featuring a quarter-scale train and the historic Riverside Train, a gift shop, a museum, a Lionel layout, and a HO layout in progress.  Rides are $2 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under.  NWORRP.org

Sunday Painting Workshop
