Construction Project Update Week of 6/22/2020

The City of Findlay is performing numerous construction projects throughout the city. The status of some of the projects is weather and contractor schedule permitting. Listed below are some of the projects and the restrictions that result from the ongoing projects. These restrictions are in effect from June 22, 2020, to June 26, 2020.
HOWARD STREET- Morey Avenue to Broad Ave. – Howard Street will be closed to through traffic from Morey Avenue to Broad Ave. Access to the businesses and residents on Howard Street between Morey Avenue and Broad Ave. will be maintained if no other access is available to the respective property.
OLIVE STREET – At Railroad – Olive Street will be closed to through traffic at the railroad tracks for a waterline replacement project.
E. MAIN CROSS STREET – Warrington Avenue to Bright Road – The Eastbound lane on E. Main Cross Street will be closed from Warrington Avenue to Bright Road; only westbound traffic will have access on E. Main Cross within the blocks of Warrington Ave. to Bright Road.
MCMANNESS AVENUE – Tiffin Avenue to Center Street – The South Bound lane of McManness Avenue will be closed between the blocks of Tiffin Avenue and Center Street for curb replacement and resurfacing.
GLEN ROAD – Country Club Drive to Avondale Road – Glen Road will be closed to through traffic from Country Club Drive to Avondale Road for curb replacement and resurfacing.
LINCOLNSHIRE LANE – Queenswood Drive to Greendale Avenue – Lincolnshire Lane will be closed to through traffic from Queenswood Drive to Greendale Avenue for curb replacement and resurfacing.
ETON PLACE – Sheffield Drive to Edinborough Drive – Eton Place will be closed to through traffic from Sheffield Drive to Edinborough Drive for curb replacement and resurfacing.
FRAZER STREET – 330 Frazer Street – Frazer Street may be reduced to one lane or temporarily closed to through traffic for a sewer repair from Monday, June 22, 2020 - Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
ELY AVENUE - Main Street to the east dead end - Ely Avenue will be closed from Main Street east to the dead end for curb replacement and resurfacing.
Motorists are advised to avoid these blocks if possible. Short delays are expected in these areas over the next week.
