The Findlay Police Department is comprised of dedicated professional Police Officers and employees who are committed to serving the citizens of the City of Findlay. We are a nationally accredited CALEA agency working towards full accreditation for the second time. Through the CALEA process the department continually performs self evaluation, always looking to better performance, being more creative and constantly improving the services we provide to the community.
