Magistrate Michael C. Noggle has been a practicing attorney in the Findlay, Hancock County community for over thirty years. Magistrate Noggle received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and received his law degree from the University of Toledo in 1986. He began his career that year with the local law firm of Drake, Phillips, Kuenzli & Clark as a general practitioner and from 2002 to the present has been a sole practitioner of Noggle Law Office, L.L.C. From 2005-2013, Magistrate Noggle was employed at the Hancock County Agency on Aging where he established and ran the Volunteer Guardianship Program which recruited, screened and trained volunteers to serve as legal guardians of the person for those individuals who were in need of such assistance. In 2007, he was appointed a part-time Magistrate in the Findlay Municipal Court handling evening misdemeanor traffic court arraignments once a week. In September, 2017, Magistrate Noggle’s position with the Court expand to 3 full days per week.
Active in his church and in the community, Magistrate Noggle has served on the boards of a number of local non-profit organizations, several of which he has served as an officer or board chair. He is the father of three grown daughters Ashley, Kelsey & Emily who were all born and raised here and Magistrate Noggle is very proud to call Findlay and Hancock County his chosen home.
