Requests for City records can be made in person between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, by phone, mail, email, fax or online using the form below.  A written request is not required, but will help staff facilitate the request for public records.  More information about Public Records Requests can be found on the Ohio Attornery General site and by reviewing O.R.C. 149.43.
