“For more than a decade, I have had the opportunity to work with and get to know Lt. Ring.  He is dedicated to his profession and his city.  He also is a great representative of the Findlay Police Department.  I know Chief John Dunbar will benefit greatly from Lt. Ring’s promotion to Captain.  I am confident the department and our citizens in Findlay will be served well.  I look forward to working with Lt Ring in this new capacity.”
